The Final Product: Of My Lilac & Jasmin Buttermilk Goat Soap

Yesterday I worked inside most of the day making organic soap for all of you. As I mentioned yesterday we raise organic Nigerian Dwarf goats here at our farm and we milk them out each day to use for our home use and for products for my store.

The final goat milk soap is gorgeous and we did a photo shoot this morning of these beautiful soaps. They will now sit and cure for four weeks for our launch and be ready for you.

Here are some pictures of our work yesterday in its final form.

We run an organic farm in the Smoky Mountains of East TN. Our ancestors who first settled this region and were some of the first settlers of TN in the mid 1700s. We blog about farm life, off the grid, self sustainability and fiber arts/craftsmanship and lots and lots on growing your own food and building a self sufficient farm.
